Baku as the transit point
On Central Asian routes Baku is the natural transit point. Cargo arriving from Europe and Türkiye is prepared here for the Caspian crossing, while freight from China and Kazakhstan is routed onward to the Caucasus and Europe. Customs and terminal operations stay under our control either way.

Road, rail and multimodal transport are used together on this corridor. The Caspian crossing runs by ferry, and its schedule is factored into route planning from the outset.
Cargo types
Industrial equipment, construction materials, food products and consolidated consignments move on this route regularly. Specialised transport and permit arrangements are available for oversized and heavy cargo.
